Allie Blanquette

Allie Blanquette, the commander-in-chief of our operational universe, embarked on her healthcare administration journey at Synergy in January 2011. Starting as a patient coordinator, she quickly realized that her knack for leadership, combined with a dash of determination, was a recipe for success. In a blink of an eye (well, almost), she found herself as the Billing Manager in June 2016, managing the financial intricacies of our medical marvels.

But that's not where the story ends. In September 2022, Allie reached another milestone – she ascended to the coveted role of Operations Manager. It's like she has a PhD in juggling tasks and a black belt in keeping things running smoothly.

With a brain that's a fusion of academic prowess and real-world experience, Allie is the maestro of healthcare communication strategies. As our Operations Manager, she's the glue that holds our various departments together. When it comes to excellence and organizational efficiency, she's the conductor of our symphony.

Outside the office, Allie plays another pivotal role – that of a supermom to three amazing kiddos. Balancing a thriving career with the demands of motherhood is a walk in the park for her (well, maybe a park filled with adorable chaos).

In her downtime, Allie unleashes her passions for travel, interior decorating, and organizing. It's like she's Marie Kondo's secret twin – she can make any space harmonious and aesthetically pleasing with just a flick of her wand (or organizing bins).
